Feb 12, 2008'l Bistro brings jazz to locals on Thursdays
Food and music are a lovely combination at this mediterranean eatery
The 'l Bistro Mediterranean Eatery, attached to Canad Inn, has been hosting two jazz bands every Thursday night for an evening of music and drink specials. Jazz on Tap and River City Jazz have taken turns playing at the venue since October, and they will play every Thursday night for an indefinite time to come.

The First 50 members will receive a complimentary wine key.
Wine Club will occur every Tuesday evening from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Members will receive a sample of one red wine and one white wine. Members will then be able to have a glass of the wine they prefer. Hors D’ouevres will also be provided.

Sep 19, 2007Canad Inns Conducts Official Grand Opening of Its Latest Desination Center
GRAND FORKS… Local community dignitaries, North Dakota State Governor, Canad Inns employees and officials marked the “Official Grand Opening” of the Canad Inns Destination Center – Grand Forks with an official ribbon cutting and reception on Wednesday, September 19th, 2007.
With the opening of this destination center, Canad Inns launched its newest brand and restaurant concept - ‘l Bistro Mediterranean Eatery. “This restaurant adds another fine dining venue for the City of Grand Forks and adds to the features of our destination center,” stated Leo Ledohowski, President & Chair, Canad Inns.
‘l Bistro Mediterranean Eatery is an exciting new concept where Urban Italian meets Contemporary Comfort. Choose from a seemingly endless selection of classic favorites and hip inventions to be enjoyed in surroundings inspired by al fresco dining in an old town square. Full of color, energy and life, it’s the place good food is made to be enjoyed!

Restaurant Manager: Nicole Brutger
My roots stem from a little town in Montana. I grew up in the service industry and learned to love it. My parents owned Pete’s Rocky Mountain Pizza and Pasta, a quaint restaurant in West Yellowstone. I attended Concordia College in Moorhead, MN and received my degree in Communications emphasizing on Advertising and Public relations.
After college I worked for Microsoft Business Solutions and discovered my heart lie in the service industry. From there I managed the Fargo Cork and Cleaver for 3.5 years. I learned a lot about the industry and management. ‘l Bistro has a great concept, product and staff and I am proud to be a part of this team.
